Customers can let us know that they wish to cancel an order on the phone, or in writing via letter or email. And we will do our best to accommodate customer needs and requests.

Standard Info

All of our products that we offer for purchase, come with protection for you by the UK distance selling regulations. This allows you to cancel the purchase within 30 working days after the day you order the item to be returned to us by the customer – all within the 30 day term.

The prices advertised are inclusive of packaging and postage delivery costs, and so a return can be subject to a 20% re stocking fee, which covers these. Additional costs are the posting of the item back to ECODECK, that is if the product can not be returned in person by the customer.

Full inspection of the returned item will be carried out on receipt of the goods, and they need to be in the same condition as what they were when they were sent. Thank you
